Our company is looking for highly qualified Secretary Assistant to join our team in Campinas. This position is ideal for individuals with previous experience in the field, and are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment. Responsibilities: Welcome and direct visitors in a cordial and professional manner. Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate departments. Perform administrative tasks such as managing correspondence and scheduling meetings. Keep reception organized and clean. Assist with administrative projects as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in similar administrative roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time. Proficiency in the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook). Complete high school. Benefits: Competitive starting salary of 29000 Php peso.
