·Assist in preparing and updating class schedules, faculty loads, and SIS requirements.
· Coordinate with faculty on submissions, meetings, consultations, and academic deliverables.
· Support students with enrollment concerns, grade inquiries, academic forms, and general information.
· Maintain organized records of syllabi, modules, grades, reports, and CHED compliance documents.
· Prepare communications, memos, minutes, and academic correspondence.
· Manage appointments, calendars, and office communications.
· Provide administrative support for orientations, exams, trainings, and academic events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree holder
2 years of experience in a related administrative or secretarial function
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Familiarity with academic environments and processes is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From Php14,085.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
