Solution Discovery & Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of business solution projects, from initial concept and business case development through to implementation and post-launch support.Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, document detailed user stories, and define scope for new initiatives. 3. Project & Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Define project success criteria, KPIs, and metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders. 4. Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degree.Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)Experience in the health and HMO industry
