AND Solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team in Manila.

This is a revenue-driving, client-facing role where you'll own the full sales cycle and focus on closing new enterprise and mid-market clients across the financial services and fintech ecosystem. You'll work closely with prospects, understand their business needs, and convert qualified opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to closing and handover
  • Convert leads through structured discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients, including banks, fintechs, and regulated institutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Deliver against individual revenue and deal targets with a focus on deal quality
  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and deal notes in our CRM (HubSpot)

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Proven track record of managing and closing qualified opportunities end to end
  • Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes and pipeline management
  • Results-driven, commercially disciplined, and accountable for revenue outcomes
