Currently on-the-hunt for a new & exciting opportunity? IT Managers is looking for a driven Junior IT Business Analyst to join our team We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
  • Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and propose effective system or process improvements.
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
  • Support system implementation through testing, validation, user training, and change management activities.

For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role in technology-driven projects (Open for candidates with at least 6 mos. to 1 year of experience with similar roles).
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and requirements management practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar business analysis and documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, stakeholder communication, and documentation abilities.
