Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Shifting Schedule / Rotational Schedule
Employment Type: Full-time
Product to Sell: E-Cigarettes (Philipp Morris)
Salary: PHP 20,000 to PHP 23,000

Qualifications:
-College graduate or at least 2 years in college.
-With a sales or retail sales background.
-Confident and charismatic personality.
-Average English communication skills
-Work experience in customer service is required.
-Willing to work on shifting schedules.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
-Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes.
-Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials.
-Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services.
-Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles.
