Department: Marketing  |  Employee Type: Probationary Visit our careers site to learn more about how your moment matters at Cebu Pacific: CEB Careers Site Primary Responsibilities Develops and deploys strategic marketing campaigns for assigned hub, as aligned with the airline’s business priorities and objectives Collaborates with internal teams for hub marketing campaigns that will build seat load factor and increase brand loyalty in the assigned hub Works with team to strategize, run and optimize marketing and advertising campaigns for the assigned hub/market, to achieve business objectives Ensures branding standards are followed across all materials Monitor campaign performance and execute reports to support agile marketing timetables Ensures marketing communications are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations (including data privacy), and localized especially for assigned market Performs other duties as may be assigned by the superior Basic Qualifications College graduate, with a business, communications or marketing field of study At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience Must be based in Cebu City or willing to relocate Has keen interest in digital marketing and in market insights especially of companies or industries related to travel/airline/e-commerce Must have experience with HTML, Content Management Systems (CMS), Publishing tools (Social Studio, Salesforce), editing tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) Must be comfortable working with a team and in a fast-paced environment that calls for frequent collaboration across business/departments/partners Must have experience in working with agencies and/or artists (creative teams, content creators, influencers, etc.) on various projects or digital marketing campaigns Can communicate effectively, written and verbally Why Join Us We are the first Great Place to Work ® certified airline in Southeast Asia.
