Key Expectations:
Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, approve and monitor budgets, adjust as scope changes.
Cost Tracking: Monitor actual vs. planned costs, provide variance reports, and track expenses by activity.
Deviation Control: Analyze variances, recommend corrective actions, and forecast future costs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project controlling, cost control, or project accounting.
Knowledge of project management tools and financial systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiar with PM systems/tools and purchase request processes.
Skilled in consolidating and analyzing financial data from multiple sources.
