Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm (PDT)* Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, research and networking.* Create effective client presentations, sales materials and social media campaigns.* Develop and implement sales strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand SelectVirtual client base.* Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfactionand continued business.* Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and coordinate with the CEO and/or Select Virtualcore team, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.* Provide regular reports and forecasts to the management team.* Create weekly blog posts or articles related to virtual assistants and other related topicsfor our website.* Stay updated on real estate virtual assistant industry trends, competitor activities, andmarket conditions to identify new business opportunities.* Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training andprofessional development opportunities.* Develop, update and follow up with potential business leadsTools: RingCentral, Zoho, CanvaMust have: Sales presentation skills, C2 communication**In addition to the base salary, she will qualify for a commission bonus up on successfully completing the 3-month probationary period.
