Key Responsibilities:
✨ Consolidate and maintain updates to the company’s rules, regulations, and policies.
✨ Manage daily administrative tasks related to Employee Relations and HR functions.
✨ Assist the HR Manager in addressing employee violations, concerns, and conflict resolution.
✨ Plan and implement programs and processes aimed at enhancing employee welfare and engagement.
✨ Maintain and manage employee records within Employee Relations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
