Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Assistant is responsible in assisting the Trade Marketing Manager in the implementation of annual trade marketing activities that is supportive to NELTEX medium to long term plans.

Job Description:
External Function:

• Able to design and execute product move-out plan to assist Top 20 Millionaires

• Administers market research studies to extract key customer insights relevant to improvement of Millionaires sales performance

• Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities and generate invaluable market intelligence.

• Conducts business review with Top 20 Millionaires to address opportunities for Millionaires and improve / ensure trade incentive achievement

• Conducts product presentation to sales personnel / key employees of Top 20 Millionaires to support product move out campaign

• Support sales team in product presentation to key influencers, developers, architects and engineers

• Implement National Conventions – CONEX, WORLDBEX, PHILCONSTRUCT, PAWD

• Trade Marketing Assistant must perform other duties or tasks that may be assigned to him/her from time to time.

Internal Function:

• Conducts regular product presentation to existing sales representatives and new hires

• Present market / competitive intelligence gathered in the field

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• At least 2-3 years proven experience related in the field

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

• Willing to do fieldwork

• Highly organized when it comes to data and internal processes.
