We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through effective training programs. The Training Specialist will be responsible for conducting both foundation and product training for new hires, ensuring that they are well-equipped to excel in their roles. Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is a significant advantage, and candidates with a background in training or formal teaching are preferred.

Responsibilities:

New Hire Training:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, covering both foundational skills and product-specific knowledge.
  • Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the current industry standards.

BPO Expertise:

  • Leverage BPO industry knowledge to enhance training programs and provide real-world insights to trainees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training modules.

Individual and Group Training:

  • Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to address specific needs and ensure personalized learning experiences.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing among trainees.

Assessment and Feedback:

  • Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to trainees to support continuous improvement and skill development.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Generate regular reports on training progress, identifying areas for improvement and success stories.

Continuous Learning:

  • Stay informed about updates to company processes, policies, and products to incorporate into training programs.
  • Continuously assess and enhance training methodologies to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required for those who have BPO trainer experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Trainer or 2 years in formal teaching.
  • Previous experience in the BPO industry is a significant plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt training techniques to accommodate diverse learning styles.
  • Proficient in using various training tools and technologies.
