Job Description

  • Database Management: Update Monitoring Center Portal, StealthHub, SSF & After-Hours Advisory
  • Onboard/Offboard newly added/removed sites.
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check the output.
  • Curate and interpret incoming site information for Monitoring Staff 'through the eyes of a brand-new Escalation Processor.'
  • In-depth understanding of the monitoring protocols and be able to identify non-standard and non-compliant information.
  • Email Inbox Management: Review and action emails from specific inboxes throughout shift
  • Customer Service: Respond to customers promptly with high positivity.
  • Proactively audit sites, identify, and resolve issues.
  • Communicating with internal and external clients
  • Other monitoring related tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven data entry work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Confidentiality of information
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • High level attention to detail and Critical thinking
  • Graduate of any four-year course
  • With administrative and client-facing experience
  • Excellent Customer Service Mindset
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Written)
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift, holidays, and weekends
