We seek a highly organized and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for clerical and organizational tasks such as file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other executives, and drafting correspondence or messages. The successful candidate will be instrumental in performing various administrative tasks to support our fast-paced office.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative duties including organizing travel, managing expense reports, preparing itineraries and agendas, and assembling documents for meetings
  • Expense Tracking: Record, categorize, and report company expenses
  • Communication: Showcase strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Priority Management: Balance multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5+ years in an administrative support role, preferably within consulting or marketing environments.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing top-quality work
  • Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting, managing several priorities at once
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
