Formal Job Description
  • Work with business/product stakeholders and technical resources to identify their business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solutions.
  • Performing/interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities for the business.
  • Analyzes, defines, and documents detailed requirements, as well as performs UAT and implementation support. Assists the business units and Product Managers in the planning and conducting of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and use in production of the new system functionalities upon implementation.
  • Creates and analyzes process flows impacting different business and backend components, API, databases etc. for technical and formatted documentation
  • Works closely with cross functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital application workflows.
  • Design and document new process and system changes.
Desired Career Experience
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, preferably with crypto, digital banking, or other financial-related industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications.
  • Engineering mindset and the ability to identify technical requirements associated with an epic, user story or feature.
  • Comfortable with owning and gathering business requirements.
  • Experience with Agile SCRUM, Azure Dev Ops, and Confluence
  • Independent, self-starter, and detailed oriented.
  • Capable to influence stakeholders and work closely with them along with other members.
  • Upper-intermediate in English is a must

Degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, economics, statistics, or a related field or equivalent experience.
