As a Billing Staff, you are expected to render the following services:

Compile, analyze, and record bills based on the lawyer's daily service reports;

Prepare and issue monthly statements, together with client files updated with current invoices, bills, and other relevant information;

Log all incoming payments from clients and/or vendors and update internal records to reflect current balances;

Review and verify the accuracy of billing and supporting documentation, as required;

Manage accounting balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies;

Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable; and

Render administrative, clerical, and legal support services to the Firm, its lawyers, its employees, and its clients.


As a Receptionist, you are expected to render the following services:

Welcome visitors by greeting them in person, or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries;

Maintain the directory of the Firm, its employees, and its clients;

Maintain office foot traffic by implementing office procedures for visitors, monitoring incoming and outgoing documents, and the like;

Assist lawyers, paralegals, and legal assistants in coordinating with client's courts, tribunals, quasi-judicial bodies, government agencies, other and private and public offices.

Diligently log and record the hours of work rendered for a particular client and/or matter, and submit the same when so required.

Organize, arrange, and maintain orderliness and completeness of the law office, its equipment, furniture, and workstations.

Render administrative, clerical, and legal support services to the Firm, its lawyers, its employees, and its clients.
