What Your Future Day Looks Like

Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM GMT)
Work Setup: Onsite, Alabang

Your Key Role in Keeping Care Flowing Smoothly

Manage all aspects of office administration while responding to the needs of the business.Answer phone calls professionally, resolve callers' requests, and pass on clear messages when necessary.Manage and respond to email correspondence efficiently.Maintain effective systems, ensuring all filing and databases are up to date.Support the service delivery process by ensuring compliance and updating systems.Maintain the Excel database of Referrers (RPNs) and send monthly emails to all contacts.Monitor ACP alerts, chase care professionals until successfully logged in, and keep the client updated. Escalate missed calls to the Office or Duty Manager as needed and provide weekly reports on chased alerts.Perform spot checks on a range of service delivery processes.Coordinate administrative tasks related to client and care professional quality assurance programs.Manage holiday schedules for the office team.Coordinate the on-call Rota for care professionals.Organize retention activities for Care Professionals, including newsletters and Care Professional of the Month recognition.Support projects and IT initiatives as required.Manage the office technology register, ensuring it aligns with office needs.Make calls on behalf of the office team to assist clients.Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and other materials when necessary.Perform any other duties essential for the successful operation of the business.Ensure compliance with the company's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in both employment and service delivery.What You Need to Thrive in This RoleProficiency in Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn new systems.Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Self-motivation, with flexibility to adapt to changing tasks.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.A strong team player who is also comfortable working independently.The Perks That Keep You Happy and HealthyComprehensive HMO coveragePrime office location with free, unlimited gym access (Ortigas & Makati)Dynamic and positive work cultureDirect exposure to international clients and cutting-edge healthcare technologiesStandard government benefits and additional Emapta perksContinuous career growth opportunitiesFun and engaging team activitiesA Care Company that Cares About You
