We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in an offshore capacity. The ideal candidate will have a legal background or previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant, as this role involves drafting and managing legal documents such as lease and franchise agreements, in addition to performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including lease agreements and franchise agreements.Provide general administrative support remotely, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling phone calls.Assist with the preparation and organization of legal and compliance documentation.Maintain and update electronic filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.Coordinate with legal professionals and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as required, such as data entry and document management.Support the head office team in various projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications:Previous experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant or in a similar legal support role is preferred.Strong understanding of legal terminology and document preparation.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with legal management software.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and reviewing documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field preferred.
