About the Role

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or technical support, particularly in data services or integration.
  • Strong technical understanding of data integration processes, APIs, and tools.
  • Experience with eCommerce and POS platforms such as Shopify, Lightspeed, and others.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
