Key Responsibilities
  • Assess integration build estimates and develop detailed project plans
  • Document integration functional and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Coding build using integration tools, calculated fields, and reports, adhering to coding standards and security protocols
  • Conduct peer reviews and document and execute Unit Testing
  • Resolve issues or defects raised during testing and coordinate with other workstreams for integration and configuration dependencies
  • Provide support for Hypercare and ensure seamless integration with other systems
Requirements
  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in an IT-related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of knowledge or experience in XML / XSLT, HCM Process, custom reports and integration development, Workday Implementation Methodology, and experience in working directly with clients and onshore counterparts
  • Experience in end-to-end testing in multiple projects and good understanding of Workday Integration Core Certification or specialized courses such as CCTPP, Workday Studio, or CCB
