• Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lending institutions.
Client Communication and Service:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on the status of their mortgage applications.
• Address client inquiries and assist in resolving issues.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional service standards to all clients.
File Management:
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documents or information.
Lender and Partner Liaison:
• Communicate with lending institutions and other partners to facilitate a smooth
mortgage approval and settlement process.
Training and Development:
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mortgage industry policies, trends, and best practices.
Virtual Assistance:
• Learn and utilise virtual assistant tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
