**Trainee Engineer Position Summary**: Entry-level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

This position serves as a Trainee Engineer, where entry-level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles and be eager to learn and develop their skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Familiarize yourself with day-to-day tasks of technicians, junior supervisors, junior engineers, area supervisors, and project engineers.
• Gain hands-on experience with equipment (generators, air conditioning units, etc.) and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Learn to utilize operational forms for documentation purposes.
• Participate in field and office works.
• Assist in preparing field service, preventive maintenance, and delivery reports.
• Assist in receiving and monitoring emergency and service calls.
• Assist in fuel delivery (refueling on site).
• Monitor use of materials and resources needed for service operations.
• Assist in ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are in good condition.
• Participate in meetings called by superiors.

**Requirements:**

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High-level knowledge of engineering materials and equipment.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.
• Leadership skills.
• Willingness to do field works within and outside the National Capital Region.
