Job Description

Responsible in implementing, monitoring, and controlling all procurement and purchasing activities required for a project. Provides inspection, monitoring and control of the activities related to Procurement at construction site, as may be required.


•Maintain updated/current Master Lists of Accredited Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers.


•Maintain updated Prequalification Forms.


•Safekeeping of catalogues, swatches, samples.

Qualifications


•Graduate of any 4-year course


•Knowledgeable in basic computer software, has a good command of English, willing to learn, and has leadership skills.


•Experience in pre-construction / construction preferred.

Responsibilities

Bidding and Award


•Prepare Procurement Breakdown Structure


•Issue prequalification forms to applicants (consultants, contractors, suppliers for prequalification), receive and collate the submittals for evaluation.


•Tabulate the information and prepare Evaluation of Prequalification Documents.


•Assist in the consolidation of bid documents and issue the same to the bidders.


•Assist in the tabulation and evaluation of bids in accordance with the procurement schedule.


•Follow-up with bidders on submission of bids, missing documents or information.


•Coordinate with the Evaluation Team on the evaluation and presentation of Bid Evaluation Reports.


•Coordinate with the Evaluation Team on the recommended Negotiating Conditions.


•Assist in the preparation and issuance of Letters of Award, as applicable.


•Consolidate Contract Documents for signatures of contracting parties.


•Prepare and send out Letters of Regret to unsuccessful bidders.


•Coordinate with the Team on relevant procurement and pre-construction activities.
