What your new job involves

Handling a high volume of inbound customer call enquiries
Conducting customer and third party outbound calls
Document management/handling in getting customers applications complete and ready for assessment
Supporting the verification checks for the Loan Verification teams
Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
Assisting with other customer experience initiatives

Essential Criteria


To service our operational hours below (Purely day shift)

Monday - Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm MNL(Shift may adjust due to daylight savings time in AU)
Monday - Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm MNL (Shift may adjust due to daylight savings time in AU)
One Saturday shift per month (Half day only with overtime pay)
Holiday shifts

Who you are

Mandatory requirements

Must have SSS, PHILHEALTH, PAG-IBIG and TIN numbers and at least two valid government IDs ready before applying for this role.
