This is a Work-from-Office setup based in Angeles City.
We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant (5AA) who will act as a liaison, provide information, answer questions, and accept payment arrangements, process payments or transfer consumers to a payment portal as needed. They will assist in resolving consumer inquiries including account history, outstanding balance due, and will address questions and concerns with accuracy. 5AAs will assist with document prep and processing of court documents and accurate system notation. 5AAs are patient, empathetic, and direct in their communication. The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to consumer inquiries and help to assure smooth and timely document processing for new and active cases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with fielding incoming emails for department accounts.
Process consumer payments as needed.
Coordinate with the front office to prepare and schedule written payment plans.
Assist with document e-filing and court document preparation.
Accurately notate and document account and case activity within FACS software.
Assist with system audits to assure accounts are progressing through the court process as expected.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Service Representative
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
Excellent attention to detail
Efficiency and accuracy with typing & notating
Availability to work all regular office hours when needed
Spanish Bilingual is a plus
Specialized Knowledge/Beneficial Skills and Experience
Customer service skills/willingness to help people
Good negotiating skills
Pleasant, easy going
Ability to control/direct conversations
Not easily offended
