Executive Assistant

We're seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare documents
- Maintain and organize electronic files and records
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, document management, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with sales strategies and plans, coordinate sales leads, follow-ups, and client communications, track and report on sales performance, and support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, managing confidential information with discretion, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items, conduct research, and compile information for reports, presentations, and decision-making
- Monitor the progress of tasks and projects across the organization, ensure deadlines are met, and assist in prioritizing workloads, coordinate with team members to track the status of assignments and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the CEO on task and project status

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Experience in an accounting firm or financial services industry is a plus
