Position Overview

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing operations within the Global Business Services scope, overseeing the supply of various materials to JTI markets and 3rd Party Partners. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless process and high-quality support to our dedicated markets and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate product portfolio transitions for specific markets and customers.
  • Maintain accurate Master Data records.
  • Facilitate demand changes to meet production requirements.
  • Process Sales and Purchase Orders efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery and minimize write-offs.
  • Handle shipping processes and necessary documentation.
  • Monitor business continuity and respond to changes swiftly.
  • Analyze business impact and propose solutions.
  • Support audit inquiries and ensure compliance with J-SOX Controls.
  • Facilitate payment processes and assist in financial closing activities.
  • Collaborate with various functions and management for effective communication.
  • Contribute to team development and handle ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service, with at least 12 months in a Global role.
  • Fluency in English, additional languages like French or Spanish are a plus.
  • Experience with SAP Hana or other ERPs, logistics, and MS Office.
