General Administration

Facilities ManagementDevelop and Implement strategies related to facilities and general services.Responsible for over all upkeep of office premisesCoordination with vendors and managementWorks in close coordination with Building Administration Team to ensure all technical issues in SRPH is addressed and monitoredProcurement ManagementEmployee Transportation Dispatcher assistance and SupportPhysical SecurityResponsible for management of 3rd party general services contractor and monitoring of their performance

Requirements:Experience in Admin Tasks and administrative function with 5-10 years in the field. Expertise in general and office administration works, keen to details and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Can work under pressure with minimal supervision. MS proficient.Have at least 3~5 years' experience in GA & Administrative field.Facility (Electricity or Mechanical Engineering knowledge preferred. Not mandatory).Has experience in procurement, vendor, office, and transportation management.Equipped with excellent communication and negotiating skills.Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Business Management
or equivalent
