Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve timely and efficient delivery, execution of the project

Manages project implementation and ensures accurate service delivery based on sales contract and within budgetLeads project planning sessions and manages project progressDelivers services for internal and external clients on a timely and effective mannerCoordinates with Solution Engineers, Technical Sales, Operations and other departments in order to ensure smooth services to clients and maintain good working relationship with them.Coordinates and negotiates with Supplier and Contractors in order to ensure smooth implementation and maintain good working relationship with themPerforms risk management by identifying and responding to potential concerns to minimize negative impact and help ensure the safety of the workersManages and ensures product's quality and its inventoryPrepares project Gantt Chart, Weekly Project Updates, and other documents that may be required for smooth project implementationControl expenses within the agreed budget by ensuring proper care and correct utilization of company's physical and financial resourcesMonitors and prepares project expense reportsPrepares and process turnover documents for billing attachmentsPrepares post-project evaluation and conducts process improvementAudit project inventory and ensure proper turnover to MDS Admin teamReview and analyze project expenditures versus budget to attain business unit's target profitability.Prepares report such as but not limited to Monthly Accomplishment report, Project Update Status, Post Project Evaluation and Turnover Report 2. Development and coordinate with partner contractors and suppliers. 3. Establish and implement good working process with the internal team and other divisions. 4. Develop and implement operation strategies Manages effectively the schedules and roles of Project Support TeamRegularly monitors and evaluates performanceSets clear accountabilities, targets, performance measures and performance evaluation parameters for the team by using tools like performance development plan and evaluation.Ensures that itinerary of the team is properly set, up to date and strictly followed by the each memberAssigns job numbers and logs all activities for proper processing.Identifies subordinates' training needs and ensure that appropriate training is provided;Identifies subordinates' equipment/tools needs and ensure that appropriate resources are provided 5. Develop and implement standards, policies, and procedures on all project implementation Conduct assessment in existing standards, policies and proceduresImprove processes and policies in support of organizational goalsFormulate and implement team policies and procedures to maximize outputMonitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. 6. Liaison with the top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activities.Implement and manage operational plans. 7. To perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Educational Background and Work Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree in any of the following:

a. Electronics and Communications Engineering; or

b. Any related Engineering course;

2. Adequate experience in Audio Visual-related industry;

3. With 2-3 yrs work experience in Project Management;

4. Experience in handling people or has team leading experience;

5. Project Management Certification is an advantage;

6. With background as Safety Officer 2 is a plus but bit required.

Skills and Competencies Needed:

1. Knowledge on creating diagrams in AutoCAD.

2. Technically inclined:

a. Ability to understand technical diagrams, structural plans, electrical plans, construction drawings and specifications.

b. Ability to explain technical terminologies in simpler terms.

c. Knows how to do budget monitoring

3. Communication and Presentation Skills:

a. Good English verbal and written communication skills:

b. Excellent reporting skills (preparation of charts, updates, and presentation).

c. Capable in interfacing clients and contractors.

d. Knows how to conduct user training.

5. Analytical Thinker (agility in learning and innovation).

6. Resourceful (skilled at solving problems and making decisions).

7. High business acumen (ability to work in high pressure and deadline-driven environment while ensuring quality output).

8. Openness to work on field:

a. Willingness to work on heights.

b. Willingness to work on a night shift and weekends.

We only work on Mondays to Fridays, on a flexible daily schedule. Your weekends are yours to enjoy.
