issue by interpreting contractual liabilities and obligations of both parties and device

• Leads resolutions on contract-related disputes and device solutions to settle contract-

• Manage existing contracts in its application to Manila Water context to ensure that the risks
and opportunities are properly allocated to both parties.

• Develops, manages, monitors and analyzes contract-related KPIs on a portfolio level and
provides early triggers to management for action needed to prevent contractual issues

• Identifies and recommends appropriate provisions.
