We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to coordinate contract drafting and review, contract execution, and performance monitoring in a night shift position.
**Job Summary:** We are looking for a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team in a night shift position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contract drafting and review, contract execution, and performance monitoring.
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate contract requests, including drafting and review of contracts and agreements, ensuring completion within established timelines.
- Facilitate contract execution, track progress, and manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle.
- Maintain a database of all contracts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audits and reviews.
- Assist with performance monitoring and evaluation of contract terms.
- Provide regular reports on contract status, compliance, and performance metrics.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in contract coordination, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution processes and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
