Work Activities and Responsibilities


• Plans and schedules meetings and appointments, coordinates conference and manages corporate events;


• Ensures that the materials for meetings are received on a timely basis;


• Ensures that the invitee list includes all relevant participants and arranges meeting space, audio-visual equipment and other tools required


• Prepares, edits and distributes correspondence, reports, presentations and any other forms of communication;


• Coordinates with other LTGC Officers/Heads on corporate reports and other requirements;


• Attends Senior Management meetings to take minutes of the meeting;


• Fields incoming correspondence (phone calls, faxes, email), serves as all-around gatekeeper to the President's office;


• Manages travel arrangements and expenses by making travel arrangements e.g., airfare, hotel and coordinates logistics/itinerary;


• Organizes and maintains files and records;


• Maintains business contacts in database; and


• Provides full administrative support to the President.

Other Tasks

Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the President depending on the exigencies of the organization. Required Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
• Must have at least an educational attainment equivalent to a college/bachelor's degree in any business-related field.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills;
• Must have strong organization and records management skills
• Must be detail-oriented;
• Ability to handle confidential matters.
