Job Summary: Sales Account Manager responsible for expanding existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities in the Enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduces products and services to Enterprise Clients through proposals and quotations.
  • Files accreditation to New Leads/Clients to formalize business transactions.
  • Expands assigned accounts by strategizing new or additional products or services to existing Clients.
  • Leads all aspects of the sales process from identification to proposal delivery.
  • Negotiates with Clients on financial metrics such as price, margin, marketing support and credit terms.
  • Ensures Accounts Receivable and Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) are in compliance with Finance policies.
  • Provides excellent Customer experience and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems.
  • Attends and responds to Client's issues and complaints promptly.
  • Submits forecasts to the Immediate Head for stock allocation.
  • Leads and collaborates with concerned Teams for Enterprise/Commercial sales events.
  • Assists other Account Managers with their accounts as deemed necessary.
  • Provides timely updates to Immediate Head on business performance and concerns within assigned account.
  • Protects the image and interest of the Company at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any four-year Business course.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in solution selling, hardware or consumer electronics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, marketing strategies, research and planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and iWork Applications.
  • Strong networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and committed.
  • Flexible and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
  • High regard for Excellence, customer experience, innovation, integrity and collaboration.
  • Willing to perform field work.
