Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on any course.
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Universalist is someone who deals with customers (Buyers or Authorized Representatives) through various communication channels (phone – inbound/outbound, email, chat, walk-in or other electronic means). They provide an end-to-end account management service associated with post-booking related concerns either through an IRC (Inquire – Request – Complain) or RUN (Remind – Update – Notify) activity.
It is also his/her duty to provide reports, as needed, and participate in all process and system advancements relative to his/her task.
Additional Requirements
Graduate of 4-year course preferably Business Course
1. Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
3. Strong phone skills and active listening skills
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Knowledgeable in Salesforce will be an advantage.
5. Adequate proficiency in Microsoft applications
6. Customer-oriented and adaptable to different personality types
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
8. Willing to work DAY-SHIFT (overtime and on weekends if needed)
