We are seeking four (4) dedicated Telehealth Triage Nurses to cover varied shifts across weekdays and weekends, to support our US-based healthcare client. Whether day or night, you'll play a key role in assessing patient needs and delivering top-quality care, all from the comfort of your home. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct comprehensive assessments over the phone, addressing symptoms and health concernsGather essential medical history and medication detailsQuickly prioritize patients' needs using clinical protocolsDetermine if patients need urgent care, emergency services, or self-careProvide clear guidance on treatment, preventive care, and lifestyle changesEmpower patients with advice on home care, lifestyle modifications, and when to seek further helpMeticulously document every call, ensuring compliance with HIPAAKeep records updated in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemPartner with healthcare providers to guarantee continuity of careRefer patients for specialist care or additional services when necessaryTo succeed in this role, you will need:
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbalPrior clinical experience (triage experience is a plus)Strong critical thinking and decision-making skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExceptional customer service skills, with a warm, empathetic, and efficient approachQualifications:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – Shifts to be discussed
