Job Description: Sales Administration Specialist

Responsible for sales documentation, customer service, and sales force channels support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement policies and procedures related to sales administration.
  • Process sales documents on time and submit reports as per set requirements.
  • Receive, evaluate, and submit clients' requirements for processing.
  • Prepare and monitor sales incentive program.
  • Disseminate information on updates of inventories, availability, pricing, payment terms, and promotions.
  • Handle issues/queries posted by sales force channel and clients related to sales administration.
  • Prepare and monitor daily tripping schedule.
  • Prepare and consolidate Daily Sales Report and Monthly Tripping Report.
  • Assist Sales Department Manager in other related projects.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience related to the real estate industry focused on sales marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
