Develop a comprehensive plan for ground and building maintenance procedures and scope of activitiesSupervises all activities related to round and building maintenance which includes but not limited to: repair works, minor special projects and other functions which may be required by the CompanyResponsible for the overall monitoring of plant housekeeping and cleanlinessResponsible for the maintenance and safekeeping of all building plans, permits and other legal documentsSupervises all contracted services personnel or projects under Admin Department and to ensure the completion of the scope of work as per plan and specificationsResponsible for facilitating all engineering control for ground and building maintenance and projectsDirectly handles and supervise all personnel employed/contracted for ground and building maintenance purposeEnsure proper scheduling of Building and Ground maintenance staffs, instructs and brief crews on work to be performed; inspects works ensures that all subordinates are properly trained and attend regular meetingsResponds of the requests for maintenance from the departmentsMonitors conducts and daily attendance of all contracted personnelPrepare requisition of housekeeping supplies and submit it to Admin staff for reviewMaintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, as well as ensure compliance with safety regulationsPrepare reports and documents related to building maintenance and repairsPerforms other duties may be assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of BS Civil EngineeringKnowledge in problem solving and analysis, maintenance planning of day to day activities1 year experience as B &G engineerFluency in building procedures (roofs, piping, ventilation, plumbing, etc.)
