As the Production Operations Head, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our production operations are executed with utmost precision, adherence to quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a data-driven mindset with a keen eye for details, possess a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry, and demonstrate perseverance in tackling challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will play an important role in our Food Manufacturing team by:

Analyzing and endorsing implementing business plans for the production operations; ensuring that these are aligned with the Group's overall goals and the Cooperative's purpose, principles, values, and strategiesGenerating and submitting reportorial requirements to ManagementProviding support and advice for improvements, acquisitions, and other projects as neededReviewing, recommending, and investigating reports on violations of Rules and Regulations/Code of Conduct, and ensuring that appropriate action steps are in place to avoid the recurrence of the violations in the futureImplementing the quality plan as agreed with the clients to provide products/outputs that consistently comply with quality and food safety standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS BS in Industrial, Mechanical, or Business Administration, or a 4-year technical degree in a related disciplineExperience in Manufacturing management, preferably in a process-oriented operations and/or related industry.Willing to work in Cagayan de Oro REWARDS How will this career opportunity benefit you?
