Project/Business Development Associate role involves managing project documents, coordinating with teams, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth.

FILINVEST COMPANY: FILINVEST ALABANG INC.

The Project/Business Development Associate is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and managing all pertinent documents, requests, and vital studies and analyses needed from inception to completion of the project, as well as during and after the turnover of the property.

Key Functions/Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Inception:
    • Conduct market and competitor scans through first or secondary sources.
    • Assist in preparing site analysis report by providing information about sites' characteristics.
  • Project Planning:
    • Prepare Job Orders for required consultant studies, legal permits, due diligence, verification, etc.
    • Monitor and coordinate with technical support groups to ensure delivery of the project within the schedule or deadline.
  • Project Implementation:
    • Sales and Marketing:
      • Learn standard sales computation and special financing schemes.
      • Monitor sales forecasts for the assigned project.
      • Conceptualize and implement strategies to market and sell the assigned projects.
      • Conduct training and orientation about the project assigned to the sales force.
    • Project Development:
      • Generally responsible for the entire project development of the project assigned.
      • Compute prices based on the existing pricelist and approved policy.
      • Understand the inventory management system from project uploading to inventory maintenance.
  • Project Turnover:
    • Assist in coordinating with different departments involved to establish turnover schedule and turnover kits.
    • Assist in completing the punch list and acceptance of units.
  • Property Management:
    • Assist in coordinating with other departments in the maintenance of the project.
    • Prepare documents in preparation for the formation of the Home Owners Association, or Condo Corp.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, and other related courses.
  • MS Office Proficient.
  • 1–3 years of experience in related tracks is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
  • Must be inclined in a Finance/Financial Knowledge/Experience that will help the project development.
