What You'll Do

As a Manager at Deloitte, you will collaborate closely with Directors and Partners to play a pivotal role in influencing the strategic direction of the team. You will leverage your commercial acumen to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, particularly in building senior client relationships within the Oracle domain. Your goal is to establish a strong market presence that supports the Firm's long-term growth objectives and develop high-performance teams to drive these ambitions.

Key responsibilities as a Manager include:

  • Leading Oracle Consulting projects to steer global digital transformation efforts and contribute to expanding the Oracle practice within specific industries.
  • Guiding multiple interdisciplinary teams to achieve client goals across various sectors.
  • Proposing innovative solutions to help clients maximize the value of their data assets and support them in executing strategic plans for efficient analytics operations.
  • Creating tailored solutions, identifying revenue opportunities, and engaging in activities such as proposal writing and pitch presentations to enhance market presence.
  • Cultivating strong global relationships with key clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Consulting or a related industry, with expertise in Oracle Applications (ERP / SCM / EPM / HCM).
  • Oracle certification is a plus.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering large, complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Effective management of senior stakeholders and diverse client scenarios, emphasizing quality and timely deliveries even under pressure.
  • Demonstrated skills in account development, business expansion, and identifying growth opportunities within the Oracle practice.
  • Strong facilitation, analytical, and communication skills in English with a natural ability to influence others.
  • Awareness of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel (domestically and internationally) for short and long-term projects.
