Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing effective Time & Attendance Services to countries in Asia Pacific. This means that you will:

  • Secure a high level of time & attendance services to the assigned countries
  • Perform data entries need for payroll processing within the payroll systems environment
  • Generate and deliver recurring attendance reports as defined and expected
  • Manage and coordinate with the payroll partners in daily payroll operations and annual financial closing
  • Responsible for performing basic analysis of potential attendance errors, reconciliation outputs, and local compliance
  • Support on the other HR activities relevant to attendance, including working hours analysis, leave quota maintenance and calculation, etc.
  • Handle business and employee requests regarding time & attendance via the ticket system
  • Strictly follow HR Data privacy and compliance in daily work, especially EU GDPR policies
  • Other duties assigned to achieve business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferably with a major in Human Resources, Management, Analysis, or related areas
  • At least 3-4 years of time & attendance experience. SuccessFactors and SAP system experience will be an asset
  • Experience from working in an international company/matrix organization with high complexity
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Understanding of HR processes
