Job description

Responsible for the security, receiving, housekeeping, engineering or agency-related concerns of the store. Ensures also that contracts for all agencies are updated and bills are settled.

SECURITY:

Ensures security policies and procedures are executed effectivelyFormulate other policies to tighten securityEnsures the documentation of all incidents involving security and safetyBILLING PROCESSING AND COLLECTION MONITORING:Prepares summary of all variable charges billable to tenantsGenerates Billing StatementsEnsures monitoring of collection and on time issuance of collection noticesFACILITY MANAGEMENT:Ensures standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all public and common service areas of the mallFormulates procedures on how to further improve easy maintenance of each area at the mallEnsures that all furniture and furnishings are maintained, checked and kept in good condition and all relevant faults are properly reported to the Mall ManagerCUSTOMER SERVICE AND TENANTS RELATIONS:Attends to customer complaints and ensures that their concerns are immediately addressed and recorded and elevates major issues to the Mall ManagerHandles complaints of tenants and elevates major and critical issues to the Mall ManagerADMINISTRATIVE AND DATE MANAGEMENT:Ensures that all documents are intact and on file and ensures monitoring of all incoming and outgoing documentsEstablishes and maintains housekeeping schedules and assigns employees to areas for various housekeeping duties including securityEnsures that mall has adequate supplies and equipment to support security and housekeeping requirementsComposes correspondence on time in response to tenants and concerned departments or agencies to address concerns for review of Mall ManagerPEOPLE MANAGEMENT:Orients all housekeeping and security personnel and ensures that they undergo proper training prior to deploymentEnsures compliance with company policies and procedures of all employees under Housekeeping and SecurityCoordinates to concerned agency any disciplinary action needed to be imposed to their employees for proper actionJob Qualifications:Graduate of any Four-Year Course preferably Criminology or any related course.Must have at least 2 years of related work experience in the field of facilities management, administration, housekeeping, organizing and maintenance, and safety and security.Must be willing to render graveyard shift, if needed
