- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Sales & Marketing Division Manager, including answering calls, handling inquiries, drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Organize and coordinate matters for the Sales & Marketing Division Manager, making follow-up with other Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Sales & Key Account Managers, and other Division Managers.
- Assist other Managers in the Sales & Marketing Division with securing needed documents, signatures, and information from the Sales & Marketing Division Manager.
- Manage the Office of the Sales & Marketing Division Manager in their absence.
- Train newly hired line secretaries on company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
