**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide first-level support for tickets, including troubleshooting, mechanics, and documentation.

- Work closely with the global support team to deliver comprehensive product support on a global scale.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of support activities, solutions, and ongoing issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Support the implementation of Azure solutions and provide Azure-related assistance as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 3-5 years of experience in a support role, focusing on ticket management and technical troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Azure is beneficial, with the ability to support and assist with Azure-related queries.
- Experience with mechanics and escalation coordination in a technical support environment.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions.
- Proven ability to work effectively with global teams and manage support tasks across different time zones.
