JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in managing customer interactions, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of contracts and proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales support, strong communication skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for electrical and solar projects.Coordinate with the project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure all client requirements are accurately reflected in proposals.Manage customer inquiries, providing timely responses and directing specific technical queries to the appropriate team members.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts in the company's CRM system.Track sales leads, opportunities, and follow-ups, ensuring all potential clients are regularly engaged.Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to inform the sales strategy.Organise and attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations alongside sales managers to facilitate smooth communication and deal progression.Coordinate sales order processing, ensuring that contracts are properly executed and filed.Monitor project timelines and liaise with relevant teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.Assist in organising marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events to promote the company's services.Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the construction or renewable energy sector.Familiarity with the electrical or solar construction industry is a plus.Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a high level of attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of sales processes, contract management, and proposal development.A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is highly desirable. Preferred:Experience working in a technical or construction-focused environment.Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is advantageous.
