What the day will look like

Within Application Landscape, the coordinator responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Perform application administration role to support solution line with tasks, data gathering or record maintenance [CB1] Maintain CMDB data cleanliness and record maintenance [CB2] through regular reviews and generating reports based on requirements.Track global tasks/requests [CB3] pertaining to major programs of work, with task follow-ups. ​ Within Application Security, the coordinator responsibilities include (but not limited to):Support Aon's Global Security Services Team by executing / facilitating security administration [CB4] Within Technology Administration, the coordinator responsibilities include (but not limited to):Regularly reviewing and maintaining Distribution Lists ​Maintain Regional Organization Charts Set up Technology Connect Meetings, collate presentation materials, and post event surveys Skills and experience that will lead to success KnowledgeProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, PowerApps) and other relevant software applications ​SkillsExcellent organizational and time management skills​Strong communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience [CB5] 5+ years in technology coordination/administration How we support our colleagues
