Summary/ObjectiveThis position solicits orders and services customers thru telephone calls and/or emails.

Essential Functions:

· Confirm receipt of quotations sent thru fax and email

· Attends to the calls of customers and assist them in their inquiries / requests for price quotations and other similar concerns.

· Takes customers' orders by recording names, addresses, and purchases; refer to previous orders for the complete description of the items ordered.

· Call non-active clients

· Call clients for problems / concerns regarding their order or other requests (particularly out of stock items; wrong prices; wrong quantity ordered and other P.O. related issues)

· Handles preparation of gatepass beforehand to facilitate customer deliveries

· Calls suppliers to canvass prices and stock availability of special items being inquired by customers

· Prepares delivery receipt for exchange of items / returned items and other similar concerns

· Maintains operations by following company policies and procedures; reporting needed changes (e.g.: name of new buyer; new office address of customer; new rules and regulations communicated to them)

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in a Business Course such as Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent but graduates in other courses are also welcome to apply.

· At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing and has a pleasing personality who can handle talking with people well.
