Sales Support Assistant

  1. Generates regular sales reports and provides the same to the Regional Sales Manager & National Sales Manager.
  2. Collates & files all sales documentations (i.e., monthly work itinerary, weekly work plan, copies of expense reports & customer communications).
  3. Coordinates the processing of sales support requirements such as expense reports & customer promo activity documents, special events, and delivery & collection updates with the other concerned departments or Area Operations Managers.
  4. Responds to phone-in customer inquiries/concerns and transmits the same to concerned personnel for immediate action.
  5. Informs the Regional Sales Manager/MAs of any important developments while he is on field and provides assistance to him/her whenever needed.
  6. Assists in document preparation (e.g., delivery receipts for sample copies) whenever needed.
  7. Monitors report submission and other deliverables of the sales team
  8. Coordinates logistical requirements for sales meetings and events (e.g., invitation, venue, flights/transportation, accommodation, meals, attendance sheet, ID)
  9. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment
  10. Maintains a central repository of sales-related policies, memos, and important documentations 11. Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
