Training Administrator

Basic Function
Performs general administrative and logistical duties to include but not limited to office supply management and requisition; reports creations; meetings and conferences set up, coordination and documentation; and documents and official company forms reproduction, inventory and management. Updates and sends regular reports to the Process Training Leads and other stakeholders, covering project progress and other relevant training and administrative information. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Essential Functions
• Responsible for providing administrative and office support activities to the department including administration, documentation, tracking and reporting of all training programs.
• Maintenance of training database and creation of relevant reports.
• Safekeeping of training records and surveys.
• Organizes, maintains, retrieves and secures all training documents, records and reports including but not limited to Attendance Sheet, Training Summary, Incident Report, Coaching Logs, and the like.
• Maintains, secures and updates the soft copy of all training databases.
• Monitors and keep track of the Team's attendance records including trainees; acts as the single point of contact for all concerns on attendance including schedule posting of Process Training AMs, shift confirmation, and absences and tardiness verification.
• Prepares and analyzes the summary of all evaluation and completion trackers and submits the consolidated report to all stakeholders on a weekly basis; coordinates with the IT Department for the possible automation of all learning and development databases.
• Summarizes and submits to Timekeeping a fortnightly summary of the attendance records of members of the team; acts as the single point of contact for all concerns on attendance including schedule posting, shift confirmation and absences and tardiness verification.
• Coordinates and prepares all materials and equipment needed in a training session.
• Manage training logistics e.g. training rooms & equipment, supplies, materials, etc.; responsible for its requisition, procurement, inventory, safekeeping and delivery.
• Organizing, reproduction, filing and safekeeping of training records and hard documents.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Skills
Technical Skills
• Above average knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) based on graded virtual simulation
• Essential knowledge in internet usage and efficient email handling based on graded virtual simulation
• Continuous update and development of training reports
• High-quality knowledge on developing reports and delivery

• Planning and Organizing skills - ability to prioritize the tasks and deliver assigned task per deadlines

• Total work experience should be a minimum of 3 years in the contact center operations and/or training administrator background.
