DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-computation of economical truck load to match receiving capacity of distributors for delivery planningPrepares system generated data for daily CCFOT report of CSG PlannerMonitors actual results of promotional activities based on the mechanics of CMD's Sales action BriefMonitors RSBO processing to ensure timely closureResponds to the regular and routine customer inquiries regarding products and services of the organization.Receives queries from Sales on specific delivery instructions, take up on purchase orders per account and address immediate concerns pertaining to logistics operationsCoordinates with VisMin Distributors & DBMs the daily container van update and provides feedback to Logistics.Tracks new products and promo initiatives and provides update to CSG PlannerTracks and monitors customer complaints received from SalespeopleMonitors support issues that affect SO processing ie: Credit holdCreates customized reports needed by CSG Manager and Planners for AnalysisDaily monitoring of in-transit damaged goods via signed documents from distributors for issuance of CMOversee SO processing of CSG encoders. INTERFACE / INTERACTION:Skilled communicator who effectively negotiate transactions mainly with DBMs, KAMs, Logistics and 3rd party service providers IMPACT TO BUSINESS:Shared responsibility for timeliness with regards to the submission of various reports and documents that will contribute to the attainment of the Department goals.Able to impact on the whole organization through his or her collaboration with CSG & CBD Group FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Good administrative workGood Collaboration and communication skillsAdept in MS Office such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
